General Font Licenses

We offer a range of font licenses to suit different needs. Review the font licenses below and choose the one that best matches your intended use. If you have a specific font usage in mind that's not covered by these licenses, feel free to get in touch with us and we will find the best possible solution for you.

  • Desktop License

    The licensed font can be used in the commercial and personal projects, for example, physical end products, social media, packaging, and paid ads.

    The font's most common uses within desktop applications with a font menu (such as Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)

    Font can be used for:

    • Web app and website usage (only when rasterized)
    • Games (only when rasterized)
    • Create and print documents, as well as static images (.jpeg, .tiff, .png)
    • Design or Print-on-Demand applications

    Font cannot be used for:

    • Embedding fonts files (they must be used in rasterized form only)
  • Webfont License

    The licensed font can be used in multiple websites owned or controlled by the Licensee. This license offers a few pageview limit options that are agreed upon at checkout.

    Font can be used for:

    • Web app and website usage (only displayed in the Licensee’s website(s), within the agreed upon pageview limit)
    • Embedding fonts (only within the Licensee’s website(s) and agreed upon pageview limit)

    Font cannot be used for:

    • Games (consider the Desktop or App license instead)
    • Design or Print-on-Demand applications (consider the Desktop license instead)
    • Desktop use (consider the Desktop license instead)
  • App License

    The licensed font can appear in one application.

    Can be used for:

    • Games (Font can be embedded, but not extractable)
    • Embedding Fonts (Font can be embedded in desktop apps, games, and mobile apps but cannot be extractable.)

    Cannot be used for:

    • Web app and website usage
    • Design or Print-on-Demand applications
  • E-pub License

    The licensed font can appear in one title.

    Can be used for:

    • Embedding Fonts (Font can be embedded in epubs, but cannot be extractable)

    Cannot be used for:

    • Web app and website usage
    • Games
    • Design or Print-on-Demand applications

* End Product is a product you will create from the asset(s) you purchased on our shop. You are not allowed to use the graphic as-is in creating End Products for sale. You will need to ensure that the graphic has been combined with other graphic/font elements to create a significantly different design than the original one.

** It is not allowed to use our marketing images (screenshots) for your portfolio (e.g. when you want to display possible variations of the digital product).
