Refund policy
Since all of our products are digital we generally offer no refunds. Your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- You have purchased the wrong product. If you've accidentally purchased the wrong product but have not been downloaded it, please write us a message with your order ID and we will process the refund for your purchase.
- Product has a technical issue and we can't fix it. This does not apply if the technical issue is caused by a malfunctioning of your software or third-party software. But firstly you should contact us and we will try to solve your issue as soon as possible.
- You have purchased the wrong license for the product. Please purchase the correct license of the same product. Then write us a message with your order ID and let us know which license you would like us to refund.
- You have purchased the wrong version of the product. If you've accidentally purchased the wrong version of the product (e.g. the one created with Adobe Photoshop instead of Canva) we would be happy to do the exchange. Please provide us your order ID and we will send you the version you meant to buy.
All refunds, after you have downloaded our product, are handled on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Very Creative Folks team.
We stand behind our products and our customers’ satisfaction with them and a great experience on our website is very important to us, so if you have any questions or issues with your purchase, we'd love to hear from you as soon as possible so we can help you to resolve the issue. We try to respond within 24 hours during our business hours of Monday-Friday, 9-5 UTC +2.
